Brief

Phoenix Serviced Apartments wanted a rebrand of their existing online presence and marketing materials to match their newly furnished apartments. The website had to be simple, easy to navigate and clearly show the types of accommodation they offered.

For the Brand

We started by gathering as much research as we possibly could from Phoenix Apartments, looking at previous web analytics, marketing materials and even visiting some of their apartments! Once we knew exactly who we were targeting with the new brand and the direction Phoenix Apartments wanted to go, we began work creating the logo and developing the brand.

For the Website

Incorporating the new branding and logo, we started developing the website. Using the latest and greatest HTML5 and CSS3, we created a small animation on the homepage, giving a brief overview of the company. On the apartments pages, we kept the layout simple. We wanted the page to flow naturally enabling the end-user to have quick easy access to all the information. This combined with a strong call-to action when the user wishes to make an enquiry, created an extremely simple user-interface to help drive conversions.
